Express Consultation

Service Description

This is for clients that need a consultation on a legal issue that is not currently in litigation, arbitration, or administrative proceedings. This express consultation is very limited in that attorney will not be reviewing any documents and can only rely on client's layman or vague summary of related documents and facts. This allows you to have a 1 hour paid consult where attorney provides preliminary and brief legal consultation based only on your summary of the facts and not attorney's actual review of the documents or facts. *ALL potential clients must provide preliminary information from the outset to allow law firm to conduct a conflicts check to ensure there is no conflict of interest (meaning that law firm is not currently or has recently represented your adversary).
