Attorney Sally S. Chan, Esq. founded West Themis Law, PC in 2009 after working in commercial litigation and federal criminal defense firms in the legal field and as trial counsel for over 20 years.

Sally S. Chan, Esq. has obtained over five years of recognition from SuperLawyers as recognized within the top 2% of lawyers for Rising Stars. 

Sally S. Chan, Esq. has served and conducted trials before jury and the Court as lead trial counsel; and has negotiated and litigated cases involving settlement, verdicts, and disputes of up to 50 million, obtaining successful court and jury verdicts for clients in the areas of employment, tortious injuries (sexual harassment, emotional distress), business, and property.

Sally S. Chan, Esq. obtained her education from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and the University of California, Hastings School of Law for her bachelors and Juris Doctorate Degree.

Sally S. Chan, Esq also communicates with her clients in Cantonese Chinese, Mandarin Chinese, Teo Chew, and has a limited working knowledge of Spanish.

Karen Tso, Esq. is an highly experienced litigator in the areas of employment, tort (sexual harassment, personal injury), business, and property law.

Since joining West Themis Law, PC, Karen Tso, Esq. has managed teams of attorneys, serving as trial counsel in jury and court trials to obtain favorable verdicts and settlements for our clients for cases valued around $5,000,000 to $10,000,000.

Karen Tso, Esq. also communicates with clients in Cantonese, Chinese.

Karen Tso, Esq. obtained her education from Vassar College and Loyola Marymount School of Law for her bachelor and Juris Doctorate degree.
